Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection

University of Wisconsin Biochemistry Laboratory Project

This was a $187,874.00 budgeted project on a 200,000 square foot building.


Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection provided the addition of an air compressor and nitrogen compressor capabilities. The nitrogen compressor included an air dryer. We also provided the addition of their sump pump system with piping and the hooking up of all parts.


Richland Heights Project

Richland Heights subdivision in Monroe.

 

We recently started this project.

  • 47-acre site
  • 50 2-4 bedroom single-family homes

 

We are in the process of installing:

  • 6,220’ of gravity sanitary sewer
  • 2,200’ of sanitary force main
  • 24 sanitary sewer manholes
  • 3,800’ of water distribution piping

Frank Beverage Project

Excavation and installation of a 6,700 sq/ft ADS underground infiltration system. All the rooftop water drains into the system and absorbs back into the ground. A parking lot was installed over the top of the system, utilizing valuable real estate.


Land of Natura Project

This was a project on a 150-acreage parcel.


Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection provided the addition of filtration piping in their plumbed pond. We also provided the plumbing of the pump houses utilized on the property.


Waunakee Reconstruction Project

Waunakee Reconstruction on Fish St.


Our crew replaced the sanitation sewer lines, including the gas line, two fiber optic lines, and watermain installation.


Allen Bay Apartments Project

The Allen Bay Apartment Complex will comprise two 3-story apartment buildings, with each building holding 31 residential units.


Square Footage: 101, 960


Our crew installed a sanitary sewer main installation. An anti-float collar was poured from a fiberglass lift station at a depth of 17 feet, with a dewater system and a force main tie-in.
