There have been two outstanding technicians that need to be recognized. Scott Dalton and Jim Lambert and with the support and guidance of Robbie Hager they have managed to make the impossible, possible. To hand your members a map and point them on there way and know the all those tasks will be accomplished above my expectations and the follow up has been fantastic. They always helped me through some of the most difficult times with operating/maintaining this facility. Their dedication to their jobs and their tireless support for my numerous requests has been commendable.

They must have thought from time to time that they were bothering me as they had to chase me down from one end of Placon to the other. When they did catch up with me they provided me with the information to help keep all operations running smoothly. They always came to give me the status of pending repairs and to insure all my needs were meet before they left. Working with them demonstrated team efforts at its utmost.

Other unsung hero's that need to be mentioned are Nikki and Colleen. Nikki and Colleen for her patience with my persistent calling to help me resolve immediate issues. A special thank you to Nikki, for that cookie! Chris for allowing me to destroy his uniform in just 1 hour while he repaired this pipe broken off at the floor. Dwight for applying his brute strength to break loose a heater element that got the best of me. Scott E and Bob for just coming and grabbing the fire hose with me to help make the bad day better. Now Lavern, showing up to scope out the work to make sure we have a great plan in place to support the rest.

I enjoyed working with them and I wish each of them and Monona Plumbing continued success in all future endeavors. I would appreciate if you could share this letter with the above mentioned staff and the management team at Monona Plumbing. It is to often that praise goes unspoken.

I have never seen trucks equipped so well. I’m used to guys showing up with a truck and no shelves at all. I wish you were in Chicago. You would be the only company I would use.
